On Ahad Ha'am Street, between the streets of Mazeh and Balfour, in the heart of Tel Aviv’s "White City", a spectacular and unique apartment building is now being renovated. "Guter House" is a story of a family that arrived to this country at the beginning of the previous century and was one of the families that built the city of Tel-Aviv and started the textile industry here.

The family's next generation- Sara Guter-Davidson and Elikum Gur (Guter) initiated the project of expanding and renovating the building while conserving its unique design elements.

Planning is carried out by architect Gideon Bar Orian, to fit the Bauhaus style in which the house was built and to match the standards of modern living.

The house combines innovative finishing materials and advanced systems along with conservation of historical design elements which are typical to the "White City" Bauhaus architecture.
